Section 1: General

1. By becoming an MNB Group Limited client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (the Terms and Conditions). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you may not be able to use our services. 

2. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to be paid by the client to MNB Group Limited before any MNB Group Limited services commence.

3. MNB Group Limited accepts payment via Bank Transfer.

4. MNB Group Limited does accept payment via PayPal, however clients will incur an additional 10% fee.

5. MNB Group Limited does not accept Cash payment.

6. MNB Group Limited may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this web page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions. MNB Group Limited reserves the right to modify, amend, update and change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice. 

7. You acknowledge and agree that MNB Group Limited shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, amendment, suspension, discontinuance or other change to these Terms and Conditions. 

8. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, you shall own the final Response composition provided to you by MNB Group Limited (the "Final Project, Final Logo or Final Design"). 

 

Section 2: Logo & Brand Design​

1. MNB Group Limited will design all logos from scratch and will not copy any other.

2. MNB Group Limited will take their client's request and add their expertise and imagination to create logo concepts.

3. MNB Group Limited will create up to twenty different logo concepts for the client. The client may select a maximum of one of the possible twenty logo concepts. Only one of the twenty logo concepts can be delivered as the Final project or Final logo.

4. MNB Group Limited can make unlimited revisions to this one selected logo concept. This ends once this specific order has been completed and fully paid for. 

5. Any logo concept revisions will arrive with the client within 2-4 working days. 

6. MNB Group Limited will send the Final project or Final logo to the client in a maximum of five different Logo Layouts. Any extra Logo Layouts will cost the client £30 each.

7. MNB Group Limited will send the Final project or Final logo to the client in a maximum of ten different Colour Combinations. Any extra Colour Combinations will cost the client £30 each.

8. Logo concepts not selected by the client remain the property of MNB Group Limited.

9. MNB Group Limited will not sign any Designer Declaration forms or other related forms.

10. MNB Group Limited will not be responsible for trademarking, copyrighting or protecting any Logo concepts, Final Projects or Final Logos.

11. Full outstanding payment is due to MNB Group Limited once any revisions have been made and the Final Project or Final Logo has been selected by the client. 

12. MNB Group Limited will send the Final project or Final logo to the client within 24 hours of receiving full outstanding payment.

13. The Final project or Final logo will be sent in the following file formats: PNG, SVG, JPG & PDF. The client should specify if they require other file formats.

 

Section 3: Other Services

1. MNB Group Limited will create all designs from scratch and will not copy any other.

2. MNB Group Limited will take their client's request and add their expertise and imagination to create design concepts.

3. MNB Group Limited will create one design concept for the client.

4. MNB Group Limited can make one round of revisions to this one design concept. This ends once this specific order has been completed and fully paid for. 

5. Any design concept revision will arrive with the client within 2-4 working days. 

6. MNB Group Limited will send the Final Design to the client in a maximum of one Layout. Any extra Design Layouts will cost the client £30 each.

7. MNB Group Limited will send the Final Design to the client in a maximum of one Colour Combination. Any extra Colour Combinations will cost the client £30 each.

8. Design concepts not selected by the client remain the property of MNB Group Limited.

9. MNB Group Limited will not sign any Designer Declaration forms or other related forms.
